I’ve always had a passion for fine automobiles. Mercedes Benz is on the top of my list. It easy to represent the brand you truly believe in. My goal is to provide my clients with a great purchase experience and a thorough delivery. It is very satisfying to see how happy clients are when they take delivery of their new Mercedes-Benz.

My career in the automobile business started with designing and coordinating displays for auto shows in Egypt for General Motors. I moved to the U.S. in 1990 and settled in Los Angeles. My first job in the U.S. was with Royal Saudi Embassy as a medical coordinator. I have always enjoyed working with people so I accepted a position at the Good Guys working in sales. For six of the eight years I worked there I was a sales manager. Finding customer service and sales to be very enjoyable, when I had an opportunity to go to work with Mercedes-Benz I jumped at it quickly! Representing Mercedes-Benz has been very rewarding. It is a great feeling to know that the automobile I delivery to my clients is recognized the world over as being the best money can buy. As Mercedes-Benz says, “The Best or Nothing!”

Prior to working in auto sales, I owned my own business for nearly 18 years so I understand the importance of providing clients with the best customer service possible. I have admired Mercedes-Benz vehicles since I was very young which made representing them an easy choice. Joining Mercedes-Benz in 2007 I worked very hard to learn all I could about the vehicles and to become Master Certified so I could better demonstrate the safety and technology features that are a hallmark of the brand.

In 2003, while in college, I accepted my first job in the Automobile Industry working as a Receptionist at Lamborghini of Orange County. I also worked as Executive Assistant to the General Manager prior to leaving the company. My time with Lamborghini laid the foundation for me of what great customer service entails. Joining Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia allowed me to further sharpen my customer service skills to ensure a great car-buying experience for our clients. That is what our Dealership is all about…and it is my pleasure to be a part of it.

I have been in the auto sales industry since 1995, joining Mercedes-Benz in March of 2003. My Goal has always been to provide my clients with a great car buying experience. Representing the Mercedes-Benz brand to my clients has been very rewarding.

I was raised in the automobile business and have spent the last 40 plus years working in the industry I love. I am also a 36-year member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses where I am a Director and Committee Chairman. It is a pleasure to work at Rusnak/Arcadia. Our commitment to customer service is a top priority and Mercedes Benz is an outstanding product that I take pride in representing. The Mercedes-Benz motto of “The Best or Nothing” is what guides me in the service I provide my clients every day!

Interests & Hobbies – I enjoy Baking, Movies, and Sports

Prior to my career in the automobile business, I was with Nordstrom for nearly 20 years. Those years gave me a vast understanding of the importance of great customer service. Moving to the automotive industry as an Internet Manager in 2000 gave me the opportunity to bring everything I had learned about customer service to a business not always best known for it. I felt I had found my niche. I truly enjoy what I do; working with wonderful clients and the referrals they recommend to me is the best part of my job.
