I called Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia with a very simple question about how to keep the cup-holder cover open in my Mercedes-Benz SUV. The woman who answered the phone in the service department did not provide her name. She told me she needed to speak with a service advisor named Jack. I understand that some issues require an in-person inspection, but this was a very simple question that should have taken less than a minute to answer—or at least someone could have explained why it required an appointment. I dropped off both my S63 and C300 for service right before closing and never once felt rushed. Tyler, my service advisor, was amazing. He really listened to all of my concerns, was very responsive, and made thoughtful recommendations for maintaining both cars. Martha and Summer at the front desk were also incredibly helpful and got me into a loaner right away, which made everything so easy. I’ve serviced several luxury vehicles at different dealerships over the years, and the service here really stands out. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and attentive. Even the porters were great. They made sure I had all of my belongings before taking the cars back, which I really appreciated. You can tell this is a well-run team. I genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish.

I have had two wonderful experiences leasing cars with the Mercedes Benz of Arcadia team. I have worked with Kevin Wang both times. He is attentive, kind, and supportive. Ok so. Kevin Wang. The guy is unreal. He changes your entire perspective on a car salesman. He’s honest to no limit. The guy is actually on your side and fights for you to get the car you want without all the bs. I got an EQS450 SUV and couldn’t be happier! Thanks Kevin!

Just leased GLE less than a month ago and the car started to already have windshield pump issues so hence service appointment… they probably gave me shitty car with this deal And on the day of vehicle pick up they couldn’t find my car.. looney tunes at this location. DO NOT THINK ABOUT PURCHASING HERE! I am out of Atlanta. I am a previous Mercedes Benz owner financed through Mercedes Benz, and they couldn't even make the deal happen. They tack on so many items because I live in a different state. They really seem pretty incompetent to sell the car to an out of state buyer. They had me calling back and forth to later tell me they sold the car. I've never seen a business like this. They are absolutely awful. RUN!!

After trying a closer dealership and having a very disappointing experience, I decided to give Arcadia Mercedes a shot, and I’m glad I did. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The team picked up my car from my home, provided a rental, and everyone I met, including my service writer Ophelia, was warm, professional, and thorough. Yes, dealer service comes at a premium, but the level of care and convenience here made the difference. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like people deserve to know about my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia. This wasn’t even my first Mercedes. Before this, I had already purchased a 2025 Mercedes-Benz C300, so I wasn’t new to the brand. I trusted Mercedes and expected the same quality and customer service when I decided to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. From the time I purchased the CPO vehicle, I experienced multiple issues, all of which I have service records to prove. Then, almost exactly one year after buying it, the engine completely failed. I couldn’t believe it. One of the main reasons people buy a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes is because it’s advertised as having gone through a comprehensive inspection and meeting Mercedes-Benz’s certification standards. So how does a CPO vehicle end up needing a $30,000 engine replacement just one year later? At the time, I still owed nearly $25,000 on the loan. To make matters worse, I reached out to sales managers and even the General Manager multiple times looking for help. I never received a meaningful response. The dealership completely ignored my concerns. The only reason I originally purchased from this dealership was because a close friend worked there and vouched for them. After he left, it felt like I no longer mattered as a customer. The only way I was finally able to get any movement on my case was by escalating it directly to Mercedes-Benz USA. It should never take going over the dealership’s head just to have your concerns taken seriously. This experience has been incredibly stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. As someone who already owned a Mercedes and trusted the brand, this is not the level of quality or customer service I expected. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage anyone considering a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia to do extensive research, ask questions, and carefully review the vehicle’s inspection and service history before purchasing. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I’ve experienced.

Went in because my brakes were making a noise, once I was there, I was notified by Liz that my car needed new tires and whatever it took to solve that issue I was ok with I even got new tires. Just to come find out once I picked up my car. It was still making that noise and then she notified me that these cars are known to do that. It would have been nice to know that from the beginning when I dropped it off.

We had such a wonderful experience leasing our vehicle. Everyone we met along the way from sales to finance was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Katrin was patient with us, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Ted in finance was fun and fast! Then Katrin took the time to show us every detail in the operation of our vehicle. We would absolutely recommend Rusnak Arcadia Mercedes-Benz to anyone who is even thinking about purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

I appreciate that step and hope the issue can now be properly diagnosed. My feedback is that communication and ownership of customer concerns need improvement. Customers should not have to act as the middleman between the dealership and the smog station to determine the next steps.

I didn't pay a fortune, but I didn't get the service I was entitled to. What's infuriating is that I already paid for one more maintenance service. And then there's the salesperson—I only chose him because we speak the same language—but after paying, including the car insurance broker he recommended, the 3-year maintenance package he recommended, and all the other add-ons he suggested, I ended up buying them all. When I called him with any problems, he was incredibly evasive, and eventually, he neither answered nor returned my calls. Giving him a single star is too much; he's absolutely terrible. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Rusnak Mercedes-Benz that left me questioning how they treat legitimate, qualified buyers. I came in ready to purchase a used S-Class and offered multiple reasonable payment options, including putting the full amount on my credit card or placing $5,000 on a card with the remainder via personal check. Despite having excellent credit and being fully prepared to complete the transaction, I was told they do not accept personal checks under any circumstances and that I would instead need to obtain a cashier’s check. What made the situation worse—and frankly insulting—was being told that a salesperson would have to accompany me to the bank to verify the cashier’s check to ensure it wasn’t fraudulent. At that point, it felt less like a customer transaction and more like I was being treated with suspicion rather than respect. I understand businesses need to protect themselves from fraud, but applying blanket policies that assume every customer is a potential criminal is not the way to build trust or earn business—especially at a luxury dealership that claims to provide a premium experience. Unfortunately, this experience completely turned me off from doing business with Rusnak Mercedes-Benz. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a dealership that knows how to treat serious buyers with professionalism and respect.

Bought a vehicle at Rusnak Arcadia. Sales Consultant Alex Xu made the process seamless. His assistance and patience is superb. There was no pressure in purchasing which is important. He connected us with David Yu after the purchase who walked us through the features if the car. Definitely recommending Alex Xu. You will be satisfied with the service and knowledge he possesses.

As soon as I walked to the receptionist the service manager told looked at me and said "Calstar wouldn't look at it? We charge a $650.00 diagnostic fee". I looked at him, surprised, considering I have a 2024 S63 with less than 13,000 miles on it. Long story short, this clown was insinuating that the problem was caused by me or at my behest. In twenty years, dealing with many dealerships, I have never had anyone make such an idiotic insinuation. He later tried to backtrack it but it was obvious what he meant. The actual service advisor was nice, but ultimately they didn't even want to pay for an uber back to my home or office. I just decided take my car and wait for a dealership that doesn't treat customers with $220,000 cars like trash. Find another place for service, even if it means longer waits, especially if you last name ends in yan or ian.

Awesome facility with a great selection of inventory! Really friendly and helpful staff as well. Highly recommend stopping by!

Had a good test drive for a new E class but the salesman didn’t give me a clear answer if the new car we wanted was present on the lot or not. Also at the end of the test drive when I wanted an estimate on the car that we just test drove, the salesman refused to give me an estimate and said they needed to run my credit first. Such a red flag. Will look elsewhere for a car.

I can’t say enough about the sales people I’ve had in the past and who I am working with today. Stacy Huynh was on top of things and took care of everything I needed.She even showed me things I never even thought of but so happy to have. I told her exactly what I wanted and she got it.
