Mercedes-Benz New Vehicle Limited Warranty Details

As noted above, the factory Mercedes-Benz warranty covers material and craftsmanship defects for 48 months or 50,000 miles. This new vehicle limited warranty coverage covers powertrain, corrosion perforation, and even roadside assistance. There are a few aspects not covered. These include:

• Brake pads
• Wheel alignment and balancing
• Glass
• Wiper blades and inserts
• Batteries for remote controls (including the keyless EASY ENTRY® system)

It’s also important to note that some vehicle repairs can be denied warranty coverage depending on how the damage occurred. For example, if you drive through high water after a heavy rainfall and there’s damage to your vehicle, the warranty wouldn’t cover the repairs.

Mercedes-Benz Extended Warranty

Once the original 50,000-mile coverage ends, this additional coverage will cover your vehicle. This is new coverage that you have the option of adding on for up to one, two, or three years of extra protection up to 100,000 miles. Some perks include:
